TruckersB2B is a business-to-business membership program that provides savings to thousands of small and medium-sized trucking companies on virtually everything needed to run a business. With discounts and rebates from leading vendors, TruckersB2B brings volume buying power to smaller trucking companies and private fleets.
TruckersB2B membership is currently available at no cost. While there is no cost to join, we do charge a $12 check processing fee when an actual rebate check is issued. This comes out of the rebate and not your pocket. We simply withhold $12 from your total rebate to help cover the costs of processing your information and mailing your rebate check. The fee is not cumulative and you never owe TruckersB2B anything.
This question gets asked over and over and over again. You're thinking, "there's gotta be a catch, right?" Wrong. While we do charge our members a small check processing fee when an actual rebate check is issued, that is a only a small part of our business. We actually get paid by our vendor partners to market their products and services to you. Our vendors want to increase their market share, which is also the reason we don't offer every brand for every product. Large fleets buy from only one or two suppliers for any given product because they can negotiate better discounts. TruckersB2B has already negotiated these discounts for you. So the more you buy, the more you save. TruckersB2B vendor partners pay us a small commission for bringing your business to them.
By joining TruckersB2B, you gain access to rebates and discounts from industry-leading vendors on virtually everything you need to run your business. But that's just part of it. Take a look at other member benefits.
Members have two ways to save: point-of-sale discounts and monthly rebate checks. The TruckersB2B website gives members access to point-of-sale discounts on many products and services. For our rebate based programs (such as fuel, tires, trucks, etc.), TruckersB2B receives your information, calculates your rebate amount and mails your check to the main contact and address associated with your account.
Absolutely not. In fact, you can't because we don't sell anything. You continue to buy and receive service from your local dealers.
TruckersB2B membership is open to fleets and owner operators with class 5 trucks and higher.
We don't exclude large fleets from joining. However, our programs are designed to help small and medium sized trucking companies operate more efficiently. Many times, larger fleets already have discounts in place and are not eligible for our programs. Therefore, larger companies just don't realize the benefits of our program.
You have either not signed up yet, or you are not logged in. Our savings programs are only available to members of TruckersB2B, and therefore are only able to be seen by our members. Once you login, you will be able to see the details on all of our programs.
Yes, yes, yes! We want our members to tell other fleets how easy it is to save through TruckersB2B. We've even got a little something extra for both the member and their referral. Check out our refer a fleet page to learn more and submit your referrals.
It's easy, and it's free. Simply complete our Membership Application online, by fax or by phone. On the next business day, you will receive an email or fax notification with your Member ID and password, giving you complete, unlimited access to TruckersB2B member savings.

Rebates & Check Processing

No. Our rebates are considered discounts. It is no different than receiving a rebate on a television at a consumer electronics store. We are simply reducing the price you pay on products and services; not providing additional income.
If you have lost or misplaced a rebate check, we can reissue the check for a $25 check cancellation fee. This fee will just be deducted from your total rebate amount. If you have your rebate check and need it reissued due to it being torn or a company or contact name change, we will reissue it at no charge. Simply return the check to TruckersB2B, 9503 East 33rd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46235 and we will send a new check to you.
Checks are normally cut the last week of the month, and you can typically expect payment 45-60 days from the date we received your invoices. If this time has lapsed, and you still have not received your rebate, please contact Member Services at 888.937.6334 or memberservices@truckersb2b.com to inquire about your check.

If the check processing fee is larger than your actual rebate, you simply will not receive a rebate that month.
We'd love to help you. In fact, that is our main goal. Each member is assigned a dedicated Savings Consultant (Generalist), Fuel Specialist, and Tire Specialist that will work one-on-one with you to learn about your business and see how we can save you the most money. Member Accounts

It takes one business day for your application to be processed. Your Member ID and password will be generated the next business day and sent to the email or fax number you provided at sign up. If it has been one business day and you still have not received your id and password, please contact Member Services at 888.937.6334.
If you forgot your password, but know your Member ID, you can use the password reminder on the login page. Your password will then be sent to the email address associated with your Member ID. If you do not have an email address, or if you do not know your Member ID, you will need to either call TruckersB2B at 888.937.6334 or send an email to memberservices@truckersb2b.com to request this information.
Once you are logged in, you can click on the Profile link or your company name located at the top of the page. This will bring up all the information that we currently have on file for your company. We strongly encourage you to keep your profile up-to-date, as it helps us ensure you get the most out of your membership with TruckersB2B. You can also call Member Services at 888.937.6334 to update your profile over the phone.
We do this for security reasons. Any rebates that you receive from TruckersB2B are sent to the main contact at the company address provided at sign up. To prevent someone from changing this without you knowing (i.e. an employee changes main contact to himself and has the checks sent to his home address), we require these updates to be done in writing or over the phone. You can call TruckersB2B at 888.937.6334 or email memberservices@truckersb2b.com to update this information.
Once you are logged in, you can click on the History link located at the top of the page. This will provide you with your total savings-to-date as well as your detailed rebate history. You can also call Member Services at 888.937.6334 to request this information.
For programs requiring you to send us your invoices (tires, trucks, PMs, etc.), simply fax a copy of your invoice to 877.902.1498 within the required time frame. TruckersB2B will process your invoices and mail your rebate check.
To ensure that you are receiving our member communications, please add memberservices@truckersb2b.com to your safe senders list or address book. Please use the update profile form to make sure that we have your company's correct contact information. Or, you can call TruckersB2B at 888.937.6334 to make sure your information is correct.

If you are no longer in business or are no longer running any trucks, please contact Member Services at 888.937.6334 or memberservices@truckersb2b.com to cancel your membership.

Otherwise, your membership is free, so why would you want to cancel? We are constantly adding new products/services to our program and chances are, we will have something of interest to you. After that compelling argument, if you still want to cancel your membership, follow the step above. You will be missed.
